The Jeffrey Porch works with numerous composers, some of them featured here, who have created musical themes for stage and screen. We welcome you to sample some of their work.
Consumate artists and like souls, the singers and composers and performers here were enthusiastic about the project from the start and offered their work to enhance what we were doing, recognizing that we had no money; they expected nothing from us, wanting only to contribute to a worthy project. Their kindness remains an enduring gift for which we are always indebted. Please seek them out and enjoy the incredible music they continue to evolve in their careers.
We are honored to have had the benefit of the ethereal, haunting music
of Caroline Lavelle, from Brilliant Midnight. Look for her and her other
work at www.carolinelavelle.com
Also, we were blessed with the incomparable and eclectic work of Ginny
Clee, from "Hold on Tight." Look for her at her site: www.ginnyclee.com
Equally, Loreena McKennitt allowed the use of her music with genuine
encouragement for our success, and we would ask that you explore her
famous sounds and woven tales at www.ardentmusic.co.uk
Though he came into the project
later, Craig Furkas was a godsend as we shot a couple insert scenes
and reconstructed the music mix to fill and connect moods so that the
film had a more integrated flow. Having scored for films, as he continues
to do, and for theater, Craig was right at home and an absolute wizard
in finding solutions and working with editors to create our sound and
meld it all with the artists above. You may find Craig and his music
at: The Craig Furkas website
We will soon have the site information for Kyle Woodring, who also scored sections of the film. Those pieces, in fact, will be found on his new CD. If you wish to know more about him, do please contact us here so we can connect you.
Though we don't know much about him, Edward O'Connor - who also hails from the UK - contributed this beautiful song, "Woman," which we provide below. Write us and we can contact some people about whether he's produced more lately.
These film score pieces here are those we used for certain moments in the film and are licensed music that you might still like to listen to in your leisure. Please do not copy any. Thanks.
